DIRECTIONS FOR YOUR STEAM SESSION

1. Boil 5 cups of water in a pot and add a handful of herbs, boil for another minute
2. Remove and allow to cool down for 5 mins
3. It is very important to test the temperature of the steam before using it. If it is too hot wait 15 seconds and test it again until it feels comfortably warm to steam with
4. When steam is at a comfortable temperature, pour mixture into bowl and place it in your toilet. Sit on toilet and cover your lower body with a blanket or sheet & steam for 20 mins allowing steam to enter your vaginal canal

DO NOT STEAM IF PREGNANT OR DURING YOUR PERIOD!

Steam 1 – 2 times weekly

Please note that steaming can temporarily increase your next menstrual flow with more dark fluids or debris. Menses may start earlier than usual due to the cleansing effect, but do not worry all goes back to normal in no time!
